Was told "You are at this guys mercy" by another company I won't be using..The Owners tone sounds overbearing but it's just how he sounds on phone but in person he took the time to explain everything and I misunderstood his tone (easy to do over a phone). Also allows texting to simple questions. Only uses new parts. Replaced my Laptop screen and hard drive and transferred all my data. Well worth the $100 service fee and 1 week wait for new screen! Already paid me for a couple referrals too!! Nice family business in Olean! Girlfriend helpful with drop off too. And has cameras to protect dropoffs when he wasn't there.
When I was visiting Olean on a trip from Utah and started having computer issues I got a hold of Joe and he was honest about my computer issues and that there was nothing he could do to fix them. He didn't charge me anything for his time. I find him to be an honest and hard working person that I'd recommend to anyone in the area.
Can't say I've had service from Joe but as a guy that use to work with him, he is great technician, and has good and honest drive. Sharp and reads, eats, breaths his technology. Does epic work.
