Been getting my hair cut here for 10 years now, the service is always top notch and the quality of the hairdressers are as well. A but pricey but well worth it in my opinion.Ask for Yasuko if you have the opportunity, she's fantastic.
I have been a client of Sei Tomoko for over 10 yrs. Mutsumi is one of the best hair stylists I have even encountered. She and the rest of the salon staff have 100% of my trust. The salon has instituted several Covid19 safety protocols including temperature taking, capacity limits, plenty of anti-bacterial lotion and limiting walk-in appts. I feel 100% safe there.
I've been going to the 13th street location for years. Mutsumi has always cut my hair and she's fantastic!I recently went for the first time since Covid and I was very impressed with their efforts in regards to safety and PPE. You are given hand sanitizer before you go in and get a temperature check. The stylist wears an N95 mask and face shield, and also a plastic gown. All surfaces are sterilized prior to the next customer, including the chairs you sit on to wait (which are outside).I highly recommend Sei Tomoko and especially Mutsumi! She's so sweet and an amazing hairdresser
