Essential Towing

I worked closely with Amanda. She was a blessing! Seriously! I had to have my engine failed Kia towed from Fucillo in Schenectady to Destination in Albany. Fucillo lost my car! Amanda and her team went back couple different times to check to see if my car was found. She went above and beyond and checked on me even after the service had ended . Thankfully had the pleasure to work with her today, knowing the ordeal yesterday. I recommend Essentials Towing to everyone!

Rick the tow truck driver was very professional today and gave me excellent service . He had to push my vehicle out of a parking garage since the vehicle wouldn’t start .
