I just had my Laptop repaired at Spectrum and it was completely fixed and ready for pickup in 24 hours. Let me repeat that. It was ready for pickup in 24 hours! Mark, the owner, works out of his house. He is very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional. I will be recommending his repair service to everyone I know! Do not hesitate to call him!!

Mark did a great job at repairing my laptop. I was super pleased. The price was not over the top either. My game laptop had some problems with the cooling system for a while. When I reached out to Mark a couple of weeks ago, I was prepared to pay for replacing fans. Mark suggested that he can clean the fans to get rid of the dust accumulated overtime. Which cost way less then replacing the fans. He also did various stress test on the computer before and after the cleaning up to make sure the solution works. One week later, when we called for follow up questions, he responded promptly and explained to us with lots of details and useful suggestions.
