Very highly recommend Zigmund Computer Services!Recently purchased a home in Sullivan County with no existing network infrastructure and needed the best connectivity physically possible due to remote nature of my work.Sean provided a very thorough initial consultation of what our available options were along with all the information we needed to make an informed decision.I acquired a Starlink satellite per his recommendation and scheduled an install date. I rarely write reviews but knew I had to give a shout out to Sean at Zigmund Computer Services. I forgot the power cord for my laptop while upstate for a long weekend. I had work to do and my computer was drained after two zoom meetings. I found Zigmund Computer with a google search. I figured I may as well see if they could help. I sent an email at 8 pm on Friday inquiring if they by chance had a power cord that would work for me. I received an a reply at 10 stating they had something that should work. Thank you, Sean, for the most wonderful client experience.We needed Zigmund Computer Services to configure and install a cell phone booster for the home, as our cell phones had barely one bar of cell service.Net, net...thanks to Sean, we now have five bars on our cell phones.
