The virtual Zoom sessions now up and running from Golden Prana have been my silver lining in our current dark cloud! They are the best and brightest part of my day, bringing me back to what really matters. It is calming, relaxing, energizing, and restorative. The breathing and meditation portions alone feel so health-giving, both mentally and physically.
