Call them and try to have a professional conversation. Ha these people don’t know how to talk to people. Very rude. They said they moved locations but wouldn’t tell me when they left 151-02 32nd Ave or where their new location is at. When you do bad business with other companies, no wonder you have an attitude and don’t want to provide new information. You’re hiding because you owe people thousands of dollars.

I have to say, whomever wrote that bad review is totally off base! I hired Big Apple Customs Brokers to clear some goods coming from China and their service could not have been better! Not only were my goods cleared with the lowest legally possible duty payment, but their rates were very good as well. The gentleman who takes sales calls is very patient, informative and helped us throughout the entire process. HIGHLY Recommend!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of doing business with Andy Harris from Big Apple Customs Brokers. The lack of professionalism and uncaring attitude is heard from everyone you speak with over there.My last encounter with him was short and rude. I started off telling him I left a message for him Monday and he said laughing "oh I never get messages". His answers to my questions were short and almost degrading.Being a business owner myself, I was so displeased with the way the conversation went that I figured I would call and tell a supervisor/manager how poorly my case was handled.
