"They are the worst when it comes to Hispanics, and GEICO is just as bad as them. Today, my battery died; they told me an hour, it was 11:52. The hour passed, I called again, they said 45 minutes, and over two hours later, I had to wait another hour sitting in the car in this temperature. They're terrible, especially when you're Hispanic. It's my second time dealing with these damn white individuals. And they have a star because, to endure such nonsense, you have to add a star to these absurd ones. For me, it's 0... If I could give them zero or even negative stars I would. I needed a tire change and was matched with them through geico. They have the worst service ever. They keep stalling and every 90 mins after I call to check the status they say they will come in 45 mins and don’t. Ended up waiting over 3 hours and still was unable to have them come so I got frustrated and called geico to have a different company handle it. Please immediately change if you ever get themService: Tire change
I used my Geico app to request roadside assistance for a flat tire. Lightning Roadside assistance was dispatched to change my flat. He also taught me how to change it myself for next time. Professional service and arrived within the time window specified in the Geico app.
