This morning started like any other morning getting home from a 12 hour shift. I quickly realized that it wasn’t like any other when our Labrador turned her nose up at her breakfast and instead wanted outside. I then watched her trying to pee for approximately 15 minutes to no avail. After calling my husband at work, I made phone calls for what seemed like hours. We couldn’t get her into even an emergency clinic in Syracuse as they were either no longer in existence or closed. We headed south, thinking we were bound for Cornell. I like Dr. Zwart. So does my dog, Rider. Dr. Z gets us in as soon as possible... and listens to what you're saying and makes the best decision based on your pet's condition at the time and information given. He explains what's happening to my dog in terms I can understand.
Dr. Zwart cares for all of my animals, 4 cats and 1 big ol dog. He's always friendly, fast, and efficient. Any questions I have I can always call and get answers without paying with my left arm and leg.
