We've used Meyer's, Caledonia, New York for service of our motorhome for the last six years. This time around, I wasn’t very happy with them.Our motorhome was there for New York State inspection, oil change and lube, and a tire that wouldn't hold air for more than 48 hours.The mechanic said he tightened up the valve stem extensions, set the air pressure to 95 pounds, and it was good to go.I brought the motorhome home to get it ready for a trip, and the next afternoon, I noticed it had lost air. I called my service advisor and had to leave a voice mail. After an almost 2 hour wait, I called again and asked for the service manager..... and had to leave another voice...read full review

My Pop's recently got himself a 5th wheel. Plenty of warranty options. Attentive sales rep. Shout out to Jack! Look him up for all your summer and travel needs. Literally, a phone call away!

This place started out as a 5 to me. Then I drove off the lot with my unit. Then...it became a -5, if that were an option. Then, over the course of time....my problems fell into Robin's lap. Working with Robin, I am beginning to have faith restored. She was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Anyone else, besides one of the lot workers that helped me out around the end of August 2022 and Robin, is not worth your time. If service is what you need....ask for her. That will save you happiness and health (blood pressure)
