I recently joined and attended the Zumba classes at brewster fitness and it was an amazing experience! Idi was very knowledgeable and passionate about the class, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The music was upbeat and the choreography was fun and easy to follow. I felt like I was getting a great workout and having a lot of fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and effective way to get in shape.
I can’t say enough positive things about being a member at Brewster Fitness. Idi’s energy brings out the positive vibes and smiles in everyone. The encouragement and positivity from everyone gives you the motivation to keep coming back. It’s not just a gym but a little family.
Brewster Fitness is a great place to workout. It's a welcoming, non-stessful environment where you can go at your own pace without any judgement. Being for women only is a plus as well. Idi is a ball of energy and actually makes exercising fun, which is not an easy ask. I highly recommend Brewster Fitness if these attributes are what you are looking for in a gym.
