I was pleased with the grooming experience provided by Petco. My toy poodle puppy was taken care with professionalism and love. i enjoy watching Mimi being groomed. Thank you so much to Esteffany!

I have been coming here for years, to get my Yorkie groomed. I've seen groomers come and go but, there's one that is here now....totally irresponsible.I was there for my 9am appointment today, the one I made two weeks ago. There were no employees in the grooming salon...NO ONE. The young gentleman by the cash register called the manager to the front.The manager, Emilio, said he believes the groomers are starting at 10am today. When he checks the computer for my appointment, lo and behold...9AM.After making some calls, he said the groomer, thought HE had to be in at ten. The groomer told Emilio he would arrive to the store in 15 minutes. Emilio offered to give me a discount...read full review
