Brandon (owner) is one of the nicest business owners in Auburn.Finger Lakes Health Center is a great place to work out! There is a ton of equipment to chose from and a friendly atmosphere to be in.I came in from out of town and was able to get a day pass really easily!Special thanks for letting me work out there!
Finger lakes Health and Fitness Center has a little bit of everything for family fitness from cardio machines to weight rooms to sauna and steam rooms and last but not least a heated pool for family swim ! Great all around experience
I love this gym! I just started a few weeks ago and the staff has been nothing but kind! Also, love how it’s not crazy over populated, you can get your work out in without people staring at you and have many machines available! What a great atmosphere! I am so glad I joined :)
