Clear, prompt, honest and professional qualities have always been important to us. When you live hours away from your rental, you completely rely on your property manager. For years we were tied up in a contract with the previous management company. After taking a huge loss in order to cancel with them, we began reading contracts from various companies in Las Vegas. Faranesh real Estate and Property Management’s contract was the most clear and easy to understand, no strings attached. It’s been about 10 years that Wasim, the owner, and his staff have been managing our property in Vegas.
