Best yoga studio. Very calm, positive and inviting. Cheryl is an amazing yoga instructor. Highly recommend for a first time yoga experience (like I started out), or even for a more advanced experience. She customizes the class for the people that are there.
I attended the 6-7 pm class on Tuesday Evening and has a fantastic experience. I have practiced yoga before but still consider myself a beginner. Cheryl was very thorough and soothing. I would recommend this class to anyone from experienced yogi's to beginners.
