Gone down hill - I used to go there a lot. Now the whole place looks really bad - rips on the chair cushions, scuffed furniture, everything looks old. I don't know what sterilization had taken place, but I got a bad feeling about tools that she grabbed that are probably used on everyone who comes in. I think I may have gotten some kind of infection from the pedicure and have pain in my toe now.

I came in today to get dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. They cut my toes on a slant (One part to the skin) and the lady who did my toes wanted to cut even more but I asked her could she just file instead and she was rude. Then Beebee did my dip powder. I told her that I wanted my nails cut just a little. Beebee continued to just cut my nails down to nubs. My nails were a decent length. I told her I wanted more round shape and she did a square shape. My nails were left looking like square nubs. If you need something quick and there's no other choice, come here. Otherwise don't bother. Had to get a manicure for a wedding. My sister got a pedicure. The reviews are 100% accurate. This place is pitiful. Had to ask how they sanitize their utensils because all I saw were these microwaves. I can assure you they're not getting as clean as the ones using the solution. Gross. Looking at the rows of polish, I can tell you a lot of it is old and crusted. No updating of colors has happened since they opened I imagine.
