So far so good. I recently switched to WM and so far the customer service has been amazing and I look forward to a long lasting business relationship. It’s nice doing business with a company that cares about you and your needs.

The container they provide is extra large and my pick up was done on time and no trash was left behind. The can was in the exact same place it was when I took it out. The issue is the cost. $600 a year on top of city and county taxes is extreme. I haven't seen my taxes go down so why can't the local municipality apply a portion to trash collection in the same manner they have for the last 25 years? It appears to be another way to suck more money from hard working people. The service itself was great though; they provided a nice can and came on time.Service: Trash removal & disposal

I am using this service for our routine trash removal for our home. I am satisfied with their services and a good value to the fee. Overall, it is easy to work with the company and driver is always friendly and professional.
