A fantastic gym! I participated in the 6 Week Challenge a year ago with great results. I decided to return as a member. The instructors are extremely knowledgable. They are very motivating but at the same time they make the classes enjoyable. The classes are well thought out and planned. It's nice that some routines are inside the gym and some take place outside (weather permitting). I've had back and knee problems over the years, the instructors were able to tailor routines around my injuries so that I can continue to workout. A great introduction to crossfit no matter what your level of fitness is. The instructors are kind and keep you super motivated throughout the workouts, and everyone who goes here has been supportive of each other (thank you).

Really great gym. I lost 26 lbs here by starting with the 6 week challenge then continuing 3 times a week for several months. The instructors are friendly, and they really make an effort to get to know you and make sure you're following the exercises correctly. I never felt awkward or worried. Thanks for making me feel the best I can be!
