So far so good. Not as good as it used to be. They need to spend a little more time letting the car wash itself because the line moves so fast. Sometimes the tires come out, not even completely shined

I started using this facility for my oil changes because it was the closest place to my home that offered a free car wash with an oil change service. I do drive an SUV and I am aware I "should" be using synthetic oil. However, I choose regular oil every time. I am disappointed at the lack of respect from some of the oil change guys. I do not need to be treated differently due to the type of oil I choose for my vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving here lately and I will be bringing it to a managers attention.

Rush rush and no attention to detail .. I've been a member for 2 years now and everything time I go i get disappointed.. their drying towel are always dirty and leave dry water streaks every time ..definitely a place for people who don't care about their car. I'll be canceling my membership.
