I just had a pedicure done today it was wonderful!!!! I had happy feet lol. I wanted eyebrows waxed and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes While she was painting someone’s nails before asking for a refund for the waxing. I will not be going back.

They always do a great job on my eyebrows when I get waxed, I won’t go anywhere else! They do great manicures and pedicures and are very affordable. I wish they had a better selection of nail polish however, it’s hard to find more modern colors. Also, there is always a wait but that happens when it comes to nails salons.

VERY negative experience at K's nails. I called for a 6:00pm appointment for 2 manicure and pedicures for my grandmother and I. The nail tech said she would see us then When we arrived, there was not a single chair open and only THREE techs working. Instead of greeting and apologizing for the wait someone ran up and stated "I only had an appointment for you down" 15 minutes go by, I ask how much longer and she just yelled "I don't know, we will try" 40 minutes go by and we have not had a single update. They clearly missed the details of the appointment, didn't apologize or ask what they could do to help or make our wait more comfortable. Finally after 45 minutes someone...read full review
