My son went there for a haircut today. The resulting cut was poorly shaped - unevenly and sloppily cut around the sides and in back. When I picked him up about 20 minutes after the haircut was completed, we went in and spoke to the gentleman who cut his hair. I asked if he might clean up the back. He rudely responded that my son hadn't said anything earlier and would have to charge for another cut! The place was not busy - one other customer who was being taken care of by another stylist. My son has gotten haircuts there before without any issues. This guy was very nasty. Good way to lose a customer. Certainly never returning there.

I've never had a bad haircut from here to this day. I went dramatic and got a lot cut off to my chin. Rich did an amazing job, as he knew the Netflix series I showed him a pic of the style I had in mind. Looks EXACTLY like what I wanted! Thanks again, got many compliments!Service: Haircut
