Don't bother scheduling a delivery here, they will tell you a vague timeframe and then waste your time because they will go out of their way to make up some dumb reason why they couldn't deliver and not show up or show up and not drop off the materials and just turn around ignoring people with flailing arms trying to get them to stop to drop off the materials that were purchased. Then they'll reschedule and just not show up again to reschedule again (even when you explain it must be delivered by a certain date, doesn't matter if you give them months notice they will find a way to screw it up even after reassuring you it will be delivered by then) so the delivery thing...read full review

I had an appointment today at 11:00 with Lynn Cole. I arrived at the store 10 minutes early. There was no sign of him anywhere. I spoke with several associates and they said I should wait and he would be over to talk with me. I waited until 11:30. It's frustrating to make an appointment and get a confirmation of the appointment and drive an hour only to find that he was a no show. No phone call or email.
