I like how I’m getting text messages saying I have a past due payment and it went to collections and to click a link to pay it.So a few things here…My most recent procedure was done 8 months ago. I believe I paid you folks back already…. If I owe you the $40 after insurance you’re a little behind the ball on this one.Next, NO ONE in there right mind should be clicking links Willy Nilly. Especially in an era of Phishing and SMShing.Lastly, don’t I have to receive a copy of the bill in the mail…a physical copy before you can send a debt to collections???Come on do better!!! Bunch of clowns running this place!

When they call my land line, it's a blocked name on the number. Therefore I do not answer and they leave no messages. Later found out it was regarding my mil and they needed permission to do a CT. My Theory, make sure your name and number appear on clients telephone when you call them about Urgent matters. Thank you.
