I’m very disappointed have been bringing my puppy for a couple months, my dog suffers from really bad anxiety and she is a really great Groomer, but just has a lot of miscommunication. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the last month and no answer so now I have to look for another private Groomer, which is unfortunate.

Experience was horrible for both our dog and ourselves. Husband made me delete the first review which was not good. We were told our dog was infested with fleas because he was too big for her to lift in the tub. He had NO fleas. Don't take big dogs if you can't do the job! She didn't want a bad review. The service didn't even deserve one star.

Unfortunately I would never recommend a business that's owner has absolutely zero empathy for the world around her. On our way to a family wedding my niece got into an accident and hit the car in front of her (also a family member). We were all ok, however, we were harassed by the owner of this business during the ordeal. We had to pull in front of her grooming salon (directed by police) while EMS, the police and a tow truck assisted us. We were not disruptive and were with police the entire time. She asked us to move our operable vehicle- which we did. She then continued to stand behind us and video record us with her phone, despite officers telling her our situation....read full review
