We hired Mark three times for three properties over about an 18 month time span. We believed he was very thorough and we promptly received our reports each time. Unfortunately, the property that we ultimately purchased, based on his inspection finding no major irreparable issues, turned out not to be thoroughly inspected. We discovered after closing that there was a major carpenter ant and termite infestation that had been present for a very substantial amount of time. This delayed our ability to move into our home for 3 weeks and cost us over $5,000 in repairs.
