They provide an amazing service! I have a snake den and they having been trapping snakes for me. 13 snakes caught after 5 days. I cannot give them enough praise as they are getting rid of my #1 fear.
I ended up not using them, but they accommodated my schedule with no problem! And when I had to cancel, Monty was very gracious so I wouldn't hesitate calling them again should the need arise!!!
Prompt, responsive and very knowledgeable! I hired a different company first to help get rid of mice and snakes and they didn't end up helping much. Then I called Genuine Pest Control - Dan came out and actually had solutions he could offer. I was so thankful I came across this company.
