Going in I had thought this was going to be just a quick in and out operation and that is not at all what happened. I was looking for all around wellness supplements and for some sports nutrition products as well but what I left with was so much more import! Yes I did get my protein,creatine and some fish oils but my knowledge and confidence in my own wellness when I left was something money can't buy. Staff are very friendly knowledgeable and genuine. If you are in the area do yourself a favor and stop in for basically anything you could want for health and wellness. I may see you there!

As an employee I can say for certain the owners want the best for the customers. They go out of their way to bring in new products, go out for events, and would help every customer single handedly if they could! I couldn’t imagine working for anyone else and it reflects that with their outgoing sprit and willingness to help!
