I was very hesitant in trying this establishment due to it being a bit pricey. However, upon arriving, Trina greeted me with a warm welcoming smile & immediately put me in a chair. The place was very clean & beautiful inside. The energy in the room reeked professionalism. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, & I absolutely love my hair & can't wait to try new things. I relocated to the Wilmington area in 2020 & found Trinna via Google. Her reviews were good and she offered consultations prior to committing. This was beneficial because I was struggling with what to do with my natural hair. Trinna has been doing my hair since then, and I have NEVER been disappointed with anything I've had done. After an extensive search in Wilmington for an experienced, professional natural hair stylist that specializes in natural hair care. I made an appointment with Trinna Master Stylist, at Ultra Beauty and Braids. Upon entering I was impressed with the ambiance and her friendly, warm demeanor. This was my first natural hair updo and she really paid attention to details and used used healthy natural hair care products. I left the salon feeling beautiful.? I'm so grateful to have found my new stylist here in ?Wilmington. I totally recommend!
