I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit today. I received a gift card for my bday and was excited to try something new. I have an injured hip and the cryotherapy chamber was very helpful. I finished with the infrared sauna… warmed me up a helped with my overall well being. Thank you!

This place is a great little spot to help with your healing journey! Antonio was very helpful in explaining the different therapies and how they could benefit someone like myself with an autoimmune disease. Last week I tried the Halotherapy booth. I have been using Halotherapy for my many allergies and inflammation for several years so I was pleased that this was an actual booth and not a passive salt room. It helped my sinuses immensely. This weekend I brought my sister in for a visit and we did a tandem session in the Infared sauna. I felt the best I have in weeks. My joints aren't hurting and my fibromyalgia pain even calmed down. My wife and I visited the Well Being Spa for the first time today and really enjoyed it. Antonio did a great job showing us all the therapies available, and we decided on the fire and ice package. The leg compression therapy really helped my achy legs relax, and primed me for the cryo therapy next. It was exhilarating and as I stepped out of the cryo chamber I could immediately feel the effects. We ended with a relaxing sauna and halo therapy.Throughout the whole experience Antonio was engaged and attentive and it was a great experience. We will definitely come back again.
