Great gym. In my opinion. It is by far the best in the area. Plenty of machines and free weights. The place is always very clean.I also had physical therapy there for shoulder impingement. Sage helped meet improve my shoulder. It's much better now.

Very clean and friendly. It has a lot of equipment. A swimming pool, a hot tub, an indoor walking track, and good areas for work outs. The locker area and showers are clean and comfortable.

My mom had a minor heart attack and she did rehab there and now she's doing rehab for a hip surgery so after she does this one she was going to do it again so they've been treating her well so nice facility
