Waited an hour and a half just to have to reschedule because they wanted to put people before me who didn't have a appointment. All I needed was a 5 minute check up. Outrageous.

This place is ridiculous. I have been waiting for my covid test for my employer for almost 2 hours. No one answers the phone or number they give at the door. Ive left several messages. This place is the worst when it comes to getting help.

I spoke on the phone with a woman who told me to arrive and call the phone number (which is posted on the door) and someone would come out to grab me from my car for my appointment. I showed up and called the number, for the next 35 minutes. No one ever answered the phone at the front desk or the nurses stations. No one came out to my car to get me. The doors were locked but the open sign was on, lights were on. Absolutely absurd.
