I am the owner of Junk Mavericks junk removal company. We were hired today to remove some junk and unwanted items in the back of the business yard, also cleaned out a storage room in back. Steve Scott (owner) and Brittany Chrisco (Sales Manager) were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Every other staff member that we ran into today greeted my employee and I with a smile on their faces and looked like they were very happy to be working for TRI - STATE STEEL. I was very impressed with how clean and organized the property was and the professionalism of the staff. Over all the company was a Great business to work with.

While building our house, I found myself needing to reinforce the wall in our shower to support some floating benches. The Tri State Retail store was perfect for what I needed. They were right down the road, had the material in stock, and didn’t charge a cut fee (which was nice because I only needed (4) 15.75” pieces). The staff was very kind and professional.All these things were nice, but what stood out the most to me was that the owner, Steve, cut the material for me. After pricing the metal pieces I needed through my local suppliers in Danville VA, I'm glad someone suggested I check with Tri-State Steel in Reidsville. Their retail store blew me away with their pricing and they had everything I needed in stock. The communication from Jeff & Amber was excellent, and within hours they had all my pieces cut, bundled, and waiting for me to pick up. This type of old fashioned customer service is hard to find nowadays, and definitely earned me as a customer.I'm a big fan of "buying local" but when I need metal, I'll cross the state line!
