I'm a first time homeowner and had my first experience with a septic tank issue. After the actual builder didn't offer any help, I turned to these guys. They called me back in less than an hour. Pulled up on me within 15 minutes because they were in the area. Supplied thorough and knowledgeable help for my issue. It's an issue that needs to be taken care of by whoever installed the tank, but Trent Rhea's didn't charge for their time and knowledge and I appreciate that! I'd recommend them 10 times out of 10.
Trent and his team did a great job assisting me with identifying and solving the issue with my septic system. He and his team were very customer friendly and took time explain everything that they were doing. A very honest and affordable company.
