Tech arrived on time, checked out our problems, fixed problems in record time, best one sent out by General Security. General Security better make sure to keep him happy and not lose him. He is welcome in our home any time we have a problem.
This company is great. We have used them for 23 years and everything works perfect. They have helped me when I needed quick service and are always very helpful. It's nice to speak and deal with a local office. Beth, Shawn, & Brian are very nice and have gone the extra mile for me and my family.
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the uplifting customer service during this crazy pandemic right now.
