Havelock Animal Hospital has been taking care of my cat, Hekitty, for years now. EVERY experience has been positive, even when I came in panicked with a very sick cat. She was in the throws of an acute pancreatitis attack. The staff took EXCELLENT care of her, and calmed my shattered nerves with compassion. Hekitty is NOT an easy cat. She's a bit of a problem child, with a quick temper, and does not like being handled by anyone she isn't very close to. The staff there handle her firmly, but gently, and with great competence.
