I live in Kernersville and locked myself out of my house. I called these folks on a recommendation from a friend who worked with them on commercial properties. They were just as awesome as my friend told me they would be. Within 30 minutes they were on the scene and were able to get me back in my home. Shawn provided me with Efficient and Expedient service today. In addition, he was courteous and pleasant, qualities that I sincerely appreciate. He re-keyed 4 locks in less than 30 minutes and gave me the convenience of a single key for all 4 - he is FABULOUS!!
I needed locks changed to make them all the same key in our home, as well as some knobs/locks replaced. Communication was great from the beginning when I emailed the company to initiate the job through the end. Shawn was professional, kind, and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future if ever needed and spread the word to others.
