Yeah, the place is old school, but that's part of its atmosphere. There is more than adequate equipment. It's not all new and shiny, but I don't go there to look and talk on the phone. The owner is a super guy who has always taken time to help me learn new exercises or correct my form. I love the place.
The problem with this gym it's to Hot who wants to work out in a place that's the temp is set on 78 degrees. There are never any soap to wash your hands he needs to make some changes!
