Aggravated arthritis was causing me increasing pain. Kind staff at OrthoCarolina got me in next day for a cortisone shot. PA Boyd was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me some helpful information as well as the shot. Definitely recommend!
I seen Dr Boyd and his team on Tuesday morning. I was one of the first patients so they were still in happy coffee land. LOL Everyone was wonderful, service was quick & efficient. I left with a plan for my particular knee issue that I believe will extend the life of my knee a couple years. (My GenX days are catching up to me!)I highly recommend anyone at OrthoCarolina but especially this fun team.
I have a really bad fear of hospitals and medical place in general, but the care, understanding, and patience of the staff and Dr. T. Boyd put me at ease. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
