This review will be long, but honest. I have visited Smart Style Salons before, but this time was different. The stylist I booked with didn't know how to do any of the styles that I wanted. My hair was shampooed, but I don't know if it was medicated or specifically for itchy scalp as requested. My hair was then rolled in spirals. I wondered about the technique as it was done differently from what I was used to. I was put under the dryer. While drying, there was another customer who went back and forth with the stylist about her haircut. The other stylist was asked to take my rollers out. I did a walk in appointment with the stylist CiCi, I got a color and a short cut style.I am very happy with my hairstyle, I love it! CICi was very professional and patient, she listened to what I wanted, and she delivered. I will be coming back for future appointmentsService: Hairstyling

CiCi services was excellent!!!The best service I’ve received for Locs from the wash, hot towel face massage and the style. Best stylist I came across in the Charlotte area.Services: Haircut
