MM home care has been a pleasure to work with. My recruiter was very open and honest with me from start to finish. The pay is comparable to any other home care agency out there, but they offer many incentives as well. Yes, they cannot guarantee you a certain amount of hours but that’s any home care setting. The best part is the flexibility. You pick your hours, your patients, and your location you work in. Great for college students like me. They offer a check off before you’re hired as well. MM Home Care is a wonderful agency dedicated to providing individualized care to each client and their family/caregivers! In addition, MM Home Care provides a great work environment in the office, as well as provides excellent opportunities for field staff as they are able to work with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses!
