My mother moved in after Christmas and she loves it. Best Christmas present ! You will be greeted with a warm smile from assistant manager Sonja or Asa?. Makes you feel at home. The lobby is clean and welcoming. You will find residents chatting daily with their friends. The dinning room is warm and you can enjoy dinning with your friends. You will enjoy signing your lease with friendly Chad. He is so helpful! If you need a repair no worries Ken will fix in a jiffy with a smile. We originally chose Carmel Place b/c of the 3 meals a day and activities for seniors. We loved the fact that they offer transportation service. We learned how great the staff was to my mother and helped her from time to time. They were great at communication if something needed to be addressed. Complete professionals! Special thank you to Carol and Elizabeth… We were also able to utilize the services that they offered like Bayada Healthcare (PT/OT) and worked with Tender Care (Martha Moore) on a number of her needs.
