My Pixle screen quit working and AT&T couldn’t do anything for me with out paying them 500 to trade my phone in. I went to phone ninjas and they got me set up real quick I will be buying my phones from them as long as they are selling them
A friend and I went in just looking at phone cases… the gentleman working was not the owner and was very pushy about making a sale. I have previously been in phone ninjas and loved the experience the owner gave me. However his employee is pushy and wouldn’t let me leave without ordering a case. Now I’m out 50$ for a case I don’t even want.Update: I received a phone call this morning from the owner- he refunded me for the case and apologized for his employee. Josh provided the best customer service. I will only shop there when he’s there thank you for fixing my issue!!
The way they order seemed odd, BUT they kept their promise for the timeline to get the job done. I would definitely trust them again if I need help with my phone and recommend them to anyone who needs phone repairs.
