I was very impressed with the high quality of service provided by this small business. I expected, after researching and talking to the owner, a thorough and timely cleaning. What I actually received was excellent customer service with a good attitude and fantastic communication. Katy listened to my requirements, asked a few fine tune questions and got right to work with a smile and was elbow deep with her two employees in a snap. I wanted to point this out on my rating because, ever since COVID attitudes, customer service and people talking and listening to each other has taken a huge hit.
