This yoga studio has been transforming. These teachers always have a beautiful routine down and are so encouraging as your practice with them. Teachers make you feel welcome and care about your experience throughout the entire session. My favorite thing about these teachers is their focus on the breath and how it works with you. They really know their stuff.

I've done yoga for many years and when I moved up to Montana I was looking for a studio to continue my practice in. I found curative yoga and Carolina and have never looked back. I've never felt so comfortable and welcome in a place. She is the most incredible teacher and has helped my practice so much. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone wanting to start or to continue to practice.

So grateful to have found Curative Yoga in the heart of Bigfork. The classes have something for everyone, whether you are a seasoned Yogi or just beginning your Yoga journey. The combination of breath work and body work is perfectly incorporated into each class, and the focus on being “actively calm and calmly active” is a little gift you can even take home with you! If you’re looking for a quality Yoga experience, this is the place for you.
