The Health Plex is an absolute beautiful and clean facility! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and I 100% recommend a personal trainer! My one on one training with Tyler has been priceless! I can tell a major difference even after 3 weeks!

The facility is clean and exceptional with state of the art equipment and a variety of innovative programs to keep you motivated in your quest for a healthier you! Indoor lap pool and hot tub are great perks. Place is kept clean and machines are always working. Front desk personnel are pleasant. A lot of physical therapy goes on here so not your typical gym, but usually pretty empty and never a long wait if any for weights or machines. Knocking it down to 3 stars because hours are wrong. Forced myself to go work out Sunday morning at 11:15 and they were not open. Website states 11:00-4:00.
