DeAnna was very nice and professional.. Even when my car went through the car wash and there was still mud on my car, she was very respectful to let me go again to make sure it comes off and it did? I am very proud if her cause of the way she handled things for me! Good job again DeAnna! I will be back again
Deanna was awesome I love a customer service skills. I love her professionalism she help me out with a situation. I highly recommend anybody in Columbus area to come to take five on Alabama Street. If up DeAnna stay bless??
I love the new environment at this location. There seems to be a more professional staff. The Assistant manager was very friendly and this has been the first time that a manager has introduced themselves. This is very important.
