If you really want to improve your health Healthy Lifestyles has so much to offer. Dr. Cammie will sit one on one with you and listen to you while recommending a plan to meet your health needs. Brandon will help you with techniques for exercising. He helped me with breathing and proper exercise form. Very friendly staff and overall so thankful to have in West Plains.

From my March appointment: I have to give Kirby at Healthy Lifestyles a BIG shout out. For over a year I've had a shoulder problem from sleeping on my side with my arm under my pillow. I ended up rotating forward in my sleep and completely cut off feeling to my arm, woke up in terrible pain and couldn't feel or move my arm. In my typical fashion, after talking myself out of a panic, I decided to shake it off and let time "heal" it. I find Dr. Kirby to be very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about helping people with their physical problems. He brings a whole new dimension to chiropractor care. I came all the way from Columbia Missouri 3 times to see him. He is excellent
