PLEASE listen to the rest of the reviews. There is 100% a reason why they only have 2 stars. Lol Literally the absolute WORST place I’ve ever rented from. The owners are horrible people and extremely disrespectful. -500000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Threats of eviction for having visitors. Blames Tennants for the local homeless population on Tennants when its the location of apartments. I would not recommend renting from this company

One of the brothers who own this place was very nice. He’s the one who shows the properties. The other one is a huge jerk! Very unprofessional and rude. Do NOT use this company, because they only care about your money and not how to do business properly. I ended up going with Capital Investment Reality, and I’m so happy I did. They are polite, and professional. Whenever I needed a service call the person who came out called beforehand, to make sure I knew they were coming.
