To whom it concerns: this ATT store is legit. I walked in off the street in desperate need of a couple minutes of time, and both Isaiah and Julie Rene went above and beyond for me. They had no reason to, I made it clear the pickle I was in. They went way above and beyond on a stranger. And they not only helped me, they were polite to other customers in the facility while I was there. It turned my day around.

Ivy did a great job assisting me by fixing the phone problem that i had. I wasn't able to call my family in Brazil. I had multiple people trying to help me, but Ivy is very knowledgeable about her job and a wonderful customer service provider. Because of her in will continue being with AT&T. Thank you so much Ivy! You make my day!

Cane in Here a few days ago. Usually when I came in last year the people here was very rude and disrespectful of my issues and problems. Now the Manager Jordan and His employee Isaiah is nothing short but respectable and honest. They listen and are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for the change in scenery
