I was very fortunate to get Jean at Grandview Plaza location. She’s nice, professional and suppppper OCD about making sure every hair was lined up, evened out and layered as perfectly as possible.I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks Jean!

Had a lovely experience at Great Clips today. Came in needing a haircut, and got great hospitality all around. The staff was so great towards my grandmother when she came in, and there is a great atmosphere when you walk into the shop. Go to the Great Clips in Grandview Gardens today for a haircut.

From what I can see the other two ladies in the salon are quite good at their cuts and customer service , however my preference is Jenna she is so professional and courteous. She definitely belongs in the first chair she not only cuts hair she greets each customer that walks in and really helps those who may experience anxiety feel most comfortable.
